Return Policy

At Aurex, we offer a 30-day return period.
This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please note: items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)

  • Custom-made products (e.g., personalized items)

  • Hygiene and care products (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the one you already have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


30-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days without providing a reason.
The item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags and packaging – and include proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, the payment will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
