Shipping & Delivery Terms — Aurex

ADDRESS ACCURACY
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


RECIPIENT ABSENCE
Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
The postal service will make up to three delivery attempts.
If no one is available, the package will be taken to the nearest post office and must be picked up within 7 consecutive days.

If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, an additional payment for reshipping will be required for the new delivery.

Details regarding delivery attempts and pickup instructions will be provided via the tracking code sent by email and can be viewed on the respective postal service’s website.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to the sender without further delivery attempts.

The customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee of USD 15 (shipping + handling) to have the order reshipped.
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
This period includes payment confirmation, product selection, packaging, and shipping.


SHIPMENT TRACKING
A tracking code will be sent to you by email within up to 7 business days after your order is processed.

Since this is international shipping, tracking may only become visible 5 to 10 days after shipping, once the package is in transit.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days from the shipping date.
However, over 80% of our orders arrive within 15 business days.


SHIPPING ORIGIN
Our products are shipped from warehouses in Europe and Asia.
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages; a separate tracking number will be provided for each package.


DELIVERY METHODS
All deliveries are handled through local postal services.
In case of failed delivery due to recipient absence, regional delivery restrictions, or address issues, it may be necessary for the customer to pick up the package at the nearest post office.

Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate.
Delivery errors caused by inaccurate address information are the responsibility of the customer.
